Common questions

How fast do orders ship?

98% of orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days; you'll get a tracking link the moment it ships. Fresh bakery items ship the morning they're baked.

What does shipping cost?

Flat $6 on all orders, free over $60. Fresh and temperature-sensitive items ship in insulated, compostable packaging at no extra charge.

What's your returns policy?

If something arrives damaged or isn't right, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund or replace it — no need to ship food back. For unopened pantry goods, we accept returns within 30 days.

Are your products certified organic?

Many are, and we say so on each product page. But we don't require certification — it's expensive, and some of our best small growers farm beyond organic standards without the paperwork. We verify practices directly instead, farm by farm.

How should I store raw honey, oils, and grains?

Honey: room temperature, never the fridge (it speeds crystallization — which is natural and reversible with a warm water bath). Oils: cool, dark cupboard, used within 3 months of opening. Whole grains: airtight container; they keep 6+ months, or freeze for longer.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes — we supply cafés, restaurants, and independent grocers. Use the contact form with the 'Wholesale' topic and we'll send our trade catalog and pricing.

We'd love to hear from you. Tell us about your farm or workshop, how you process, and send samples if you can. Every product passes the same five questions — read 'From Soil to Shelf' in our Journal to see exactly what we look for.
